Welcome to The Book Club, where your child's love for reading and academic success begins!

Founded by Heather Moran, an experienced educator with over 15 years of success in dramatically improving reading and writing scores and outcomes for elementary students, The Book Club is designed to ignite a passion for reading in children from toddlers to middle schoolers.

 

Heather’s innovative literacy instruction has led to outstanding data across an entire network of schools, empowering students to achieve academic excellence and develop strong reading and discourse skills, all while developing a passion for books.

Recognizing the demands on today’s busy parents, Heather designed The Book Club to both foster a love of reading and ease the burden on parents by providing structured classes that help children develop key comprehension, discussion and science of reading aligned skills. Drawing on her experience as a teacher, curriculum writer, academic dean, and school leader, she has created a program that combines fun, literacy, and community, giving students the tools they need to become lifelong readers and future leaders.
